CBI Charge Sheet Against Delhi Excise Scam: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken a jibe at the BJP over Manish Sisodia’s name not being mentioned in the CBI’s charge sheet filed in the Excise Policy case. Arvind Kejriwal said, Manish’s name is not there in the CBI charge sheet. The whole case is fake, nothing was found in the raid. 800 officers did not find anything in the investigation for 4 months. Manish gave hope of a good future to crores of poor children of the country through the education revolution. I am sorry that a conspiracy was hatched to defame such a person by getting him implicated in a false case.
Apart from this, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj attacked PM Modi and BJP regarding the charge sheet filed by CBI in the court. On Manish Sisodia’s name not being mentioned in the charge sheet, Saurabh Bhardwaj said, from the month of May-June, BJP started saying that there was something wrong with the so-called excise policy. BJP people used to say that now they will have to go to jail, they will have to eat jail food, but even after 6 months, they did not get anything.
Saurabh Bhardwaj also said that even after 500 officers’ investigation and 600 raids, they could not find anything against Manish Sisodia. After doing everything, even after threatening people, Manish Sisodia has not found anything against him. After this the spokespersons and leaders of BJP should apologize to the people of the country.
PM Modi should apologize
Saurabh Bhardwaj said, BJP leaders should apologize to the small children of Delhi and their parents. The Prime Minister should also apologise. It is happening for the first time in history that charges could not be framed against accused number 1 in any case. Saurabh Bhardwaj said tauntingly, his charge sheet is also refusing to name Manish Sisodia.
There can’t be a bigger clean chit than this
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that there cannot be a bigger clean chit than this. Prosecution agency is giving charge sheet of 10,000 pages. Even the one who became government witness is not saying that Manish Sisodia has done anything wrong. The central government has never suffered such a big defeat. ED’s investigation is done under PMLA. The CBI must have found something only then the ED investigates. If ED still takes action then it will be unconstitutional.
Investigation against Sisodia continues
CBI has filed a charge sheet in the Delhi Excise Policy scam in the court. The CBI told the court that a charge sheet has been filed against 7 people in the case, out of which 3 are public servants. The CBI told the court that the investigation against Manish Sisodia is still going on.
