Khandva: Three forest department employees were killed and another person injured when a car rammed into a tree in Madhya Pradesh’s Khandwa district on Sunday. A police officer gave this information.
Superintendent of Police Vivek Singh said that the incident took place around 1 pm near village Kumtha under Piplod police station area, about 40 km from Khandwa district headquarters.

He said that three employees of the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department were killed in the accident, while the driver of the car was injured. At the same time, Chief Conservator of Forests RK Rai said that a ranger and two forest guards were among the dead.
He said that at the time of the accident, these people were going from Singaji forest range to Navara forest range of Nepanagar to take action against encroachment. Rai told that the accident happened while trying to save a cow.
